Some people say that when life give you lemons you should make lemonade. I decided to colour and emboss mine – same thing right?
I was inspired to play along with the Pals Paper Arts colour challenge. The lemon image from A Happy Thing( a Sale-A-Bration pick) seemed to be the right one to use. We’re to use Basic Black, Gold and Garden Green and used them all. I rather like the pop of colour on the black and white background(courtesy of Back to Black Designer Series Paper). The lemon image was stamped onto Watercolor paper and coloured with Stampin’ Write Markers(Garden Green, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry and Pistachio Pudding) and a Blender Pen. When I was finished colouring, I added Black Stampin’ Emboss powder, heat set it and added a mat of Gold Foil so the picture would pop.
