ONE PRETTY CONEFLOWER

Hi there and welcome.  Today I’m featuring a pretty pink coneflower.

All of the components for this card are from the Coneflower Celebrations Bundle(165251).  First, I used a Blending Brush to add Petal Pink ink to a piece of Basic White cardstock.  Then I stamped two flowers in Petal Pink ink and used the Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blend to colour the top centre.  A Stampin’ Blends Colour Lifter(144608) was used to lighten the brown so it would look a little more realistic.  It’s handy tool to have!

I did the same blending with Granny Apple Green and then stamped the leaves and stem.  Then, they were all arranged on a mat cut from the Country Woods designer series paper(163393).

I’m also playing along with this new challenge from TGIF Challenges that asks us to use the Country Woods designer series paper on our project.
