PANDAS AND BALLOONS

Pandas and Balloons, the perfect party combination!  That’s the theme for today’s really cute card.

I followed along with the layout from CAS(E) this sketch

and used a post-it note to do some masking.  I wanted to show that bevy of balloons by themselves so laid the post-it over the card front so the panda bear wouldn’t show as I stamped just the balloon image.  Then I stamped the panda image again and cut it out with Paper Snips so he could be popped up onto the greeting banner.  Just plain cute, don’t you think?
