Good Tuesday morning to you and welcome.
I’m having a lot of fun with the new Summer Mini stamp sets and this one is a great one to work with. Reminds me of the days when I used to go bicycling. I played with the Pals Paper Arts sketch this week as well as the Curtain Call Color Challenge (Act 26). The images suit this sketch perfectly and seeing as we’ll be saying good-bye to Crushed Curry soon, it is a good time to use up that last bit of cardstock.
So, here are the two challenges I’m working with:
And here is my card. I first stamped the tricycle in Crushed Curry Classic Ink, stamped off and then over-stamped the image. It is stamped just a bit off to give the illusion of a shadow.
The sentiment has been overstamped with Going Grey Classic Ink to give it a highlight. The ribbon is 1/2″ Crushed Curry Polka-dot (reversed) layered over top of the 5/8″ Basic Grey Satin.
Hope you like it. Leave me a comment won’t you, I love to hear your thoughts.
Cheers;
