Do you like a little candy in your Christmas? Candy Canes just scream Christmas and Christmas stocking to me and that was my inspiration for this card.
Create with Connie and Mary posted a really cute sketch for this week and it fell in perfectly with my candy cane idea!
Did you know that the Square Pillow Box Thinlits Dies have a die that perfectly frames that candy cane image from A Little Something stamp set? And, I also found that the leaf framelit will work perfectly with the spray of holly leaves in the Embellished Ornaments stamp set. Yup, I used 3 stamp sets to create this card by adding the greeting from Flurry of Wishes. Sometimes a girl’s gotta just do it to make the idea come together – lol!

Cynthia this is beyond adorable – those little peppermint candy canes with their leaf embellishments are just fabulous. I love the snowy background too which really allows the red twine and candy canes to pop. Thanks for joining us over at Create With Connie and Mary this week!
