REMEMBRANCE DAY IN CANADA 2016

Today’s share is all about our Canadian Remembrance Day 2016!

The Paper Players posted a theme challenge of “count your blessings – Thankful”  and so my card is certainly showing thanks to our Veterans!  My Father was a WW2 Veteran and I have found myself thinking of him a lot these past few weeks as well.  These men and women sacrificed so much so that we can all the freedoms we have today.

My poppy image is the flower in the Fabulous Flora stamp set and I coloured it with Stampin’ Write Markers in Dapper Denim for the centre, Real Red and Wild Wasabi.

I’m going to let this post carry through as our Remembrance Day is Friday, November 11th.  I will be back with another post on Monday.
