SIMPLY SAID

Good Morning and welcome. Today’s post is all about simply saying Thank You! I used the colours listed in Stacey’s Curtain Call challenge for this week. Some of these colours were used in yesterday’s post as well. I have also used the basic layout from yesterday’s Stamping 411 sketch but flipped it.

Simply Said has many great images suitable for many occasions and I especially like this sentiment. It was a bit of a challenge to incorporate Cajun Craze, and I did not find a place for Chocolate Chip either – shoot!

I’ll tell you a little secret about this card – when I first embossed with the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder, I did not do it correctly and only embossed three sides. That is why the layers are on the right side of this card.

The main image was stamped first with Always Artichoke Classic ink and then over-stamped with Bashful Blue Classic ink. I think it gives a nice shadow-y image. The Designer paper comes from the new Springtime Vintage pack which is in the new Occasions Mini Catalogue. You’ll notice that I layered the ribbon and the Always Artichoke Seam Binding Ribbon is also in the Occasions Mini. Both of these items and many more excellent products are available today.
