Hello out there, how are things this week? The weather has been so lovely lately which makes the transition into fall so much nicer, don’t you think?
Of course, I’m still spending time in my stamp room – it just wouldn’t make my day if I couldn’t stamp something LOL!
So, I’ve been experimenting with the new Simply Scored Scoring Tool and created another rosette. (See this post for the first one). This one was cut to 1-1/4″ x 12″ and scored at 1/2″ on one side and then flipped over and scored at 1/4″. Then I folded it like an accordion and overlapped the ends, sealing them with Snail Adhesive. I used a hot glue gun to attach the rosette to a 1″ circle of card stock and then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach it to the card front. The Simply Scored made this project so easy and saved a ton of time. You really Need to check it out.
Don’t you love that little turkey? It is one of the stamps in “Gift Givers” (page 39 of the Holiday Mini catalogue) and I think he looks great with that Spice Cake medallion as his tail. Each image in this stamp set coordinates with one of our punches found on pages 209-212 of the Idea Book and Catalogue.
