SNOW DAY

Wow did we ever have some snow days over the past weekend!  Especially on World Card Making day so in honour of the weather I made this card.

If you follow me on Facebook, it was posted there on Saturday.

I recently acquired the Letters for You Bundle and had fun with it for this card.  The snowflakes are heat embossed with a combination of White Stampin’ Emboss powder and Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder to give them that muted look.

TIP:  I used a 1/2 tsp. of the silver and about 1/4 tsp of white to get the finish I was looking for.  You could try it with any colour combination you like.
