Good Morning and a Happy Monday to you.
The temperatures have dipped here, but it is close to the end of February which means that spring is only a couple of months away. Todays card brings us bright and cheerful colours to welcome the gradual change of seasons.
The challenge this week comes from Create with Connie & Julie to make an Easter Card, so I picked out a page from the Shades of Spring Designer paper and went to work. The sprigs of foliage come from Asian Artistry and I feel give it the hope of spring to come.
Recipe:
Stamps: Asian Artistry, Well Scripted
Cardstock: Orchid Opulence, Certainly Celery, Shimmery White, Shades of Spring Designer paper
Ink: Stazon Black, Certainly Celery Classic Ink, Orchid Opulence Classic Ink, Always Artichoke StampinWrite Marker
Accessories: Heat Tool, Clear Embossing Powder, Styled Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware, Designer Label Punch, Stampin Sponge
Don’t forget to check out my calendar on the right side bar. I’ve added some Scrapbooking classes and would love for you to join me. There is still time to sign up!
Cheers;
Great easter card! I like how you used a non ‘easter’ stamp for this! wonderful! Thanks for participating in the Create with Connie and Julie challenge!
Beautiful card Cynthia! I love the clean, simple lines! Thanks for participating and good luck in the challenge!
I tried to leave a comment the other day but apparently it didn’t work so I’m commenting again. This is such a great stamp set and I forget to use it. It is a very pretty card. Thanks for sharing.

This is very pretty, I love the colors! I am also impressed that you used a non-Easter stamp, for some reason I never think outside that box!! Great job 🙂
So pretty…I love the colors and using Asian Artistry for a Easter card is inspired! Thanks for playing along with Create with Connie and Julie!
