Good Morning Friends.
First, let me say that I am delighted to be a part of the Stamp-a-holics Design Team. There are some wonderful artists in this crew and I am honored to be a part of it all.
So, a 10-Min challenge with these colours? This is indeed a challenge as I don’t often use Always Artichoke so really had to put my “thinking cap” on, LOL.
Well, we have just returned from a wonderful week of sun, sand and palm trees in Puerto Vallarta so that is my inspiration for this card. I used my new goodies from the Summer Mini Pre-order and decided that Tropical Party fit the bill nicely. I stamped the leaf image all over the Always Artichoke layer as well as a 1-3/4″ x 5-1/4″ strip of Whisper White, then added the flower image in Rich Razzleberry ink. A bit of 3/8″ Chocolate Chip Taffeta ribbon and a sentiment tag from Elements of Style finishes it off. Not bad for a third attempt don’t you think?
So, let’s see your creations, create and then upload to Carole’Anne’s blog here. We’re excited to see your work.
Recipe:
Stamps: Tropical Party, Elements of Style
Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry, Always Artichoke
Ink: Always Artichoke Classic, Rich Razzleberry Classic
Accessories: 3/8″ Chocolate Chip Tafffeta Ribbon, Small Tag Punch, Tag Punch, Rich Regals Brads
So don’t go without leaving a comment. I love to see what you have to say.
See you tomorrow.
Cheers;
