Hello and welcome to today’s hip and retro fresh birthday card!
I have been working on ways to use my collection of Stampin’ Up! Washi Tape – it tends to be something that I forget so I was determined to show it off on this card no matter what!
I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock to 3″ x 5″ (to fit the second largest banner framelit) and covered it with the 3 different patterns of Washi Tape from the Retro Fresh collection. Then it was just a matter of cutting it out with the framelit.
I love the “hip, hip, hooray” greeting and doesn’t it add just the right touch to a birthday greeting? I used a Stampin’ Write Maker to colour just the part of the greeting I wanted to show. Hip, hip hooray for Stampin’ Write Markers!

Personally I am not into the retro but really like what you did with your card!
