STARBURST BIRTHDAY CARD

Happy Friday and April 1st to you.  Today’s card was created with the Sunburst Bundle from the Occasions Catalogue – no joke, he, he.

It’s been a while since I played with the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper stack, so this is it!  I kept it simple with just a soft greeting and double-layered the scalloped circles to add just a touch more interest.
