STRIPES & DOTS

Hi there.  I was working with stripes & dots and bright colours for today’s card.  Check it out.

The Stripes & Dots stamp set(165334) is like a large background stamp, but this one has a separate stamp for each line of design.  This makes it easy to add different colours for the different designs.  So, I used Lemon Lime Twist ink for the top stripes, Melon Mambo ink for the dots and Black Emboss powder for the two back sections.

I backed it up with a Basic Black mat and decided that it need more, so pulled out the Pretty Florals Bundle(165179) and stamped some pretty flowers for the sentiment square.  I do think it looks a little retro, don’t you?
