Don’t forget – the day is fast approaching(or should I say night)!
Good morning and welcome to my blog. I’m sure having fun with the Halloween theme this week. If you don’t have any specific Halloween images, well, you just adapt another image for your purposes.
So, that’s what I did here……. I took the sketch from the Stamping 411 challenge this week and did a lot of giggling while putting this card together. Those little ghosts come from the large Halloween image in Sweet Centers. I stamped just the corner on Very Vanilla and then cut those little guys out. What’s a clock without ghosts after all!
The clock face was stamped on Very Vanilla with Basic Black Craft Ink, sprinkled with Black Embossing Powder and heat set. I then sponged the face of the clock with Basic Gray, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight Classic inks. The sentiment label was done the same way.
The Basic Gray panel was also sponged with Basic Gray to distress it just a little. I added a length of Basic Black Satin ribbon and then layered Basic Black Taffeta over top.
