Good Morning and welcome to WORD Wednesday. The word for March is SALE and today’s letter is “E”.
I decided to focus on weddings for today’s letter and I pulled out an old favourite, Elements of Style and added Everything Nice for the sentiment. Both of these sets can be found in the Idea Book & Catalogue. This is what I came up with……….
………simple and pretty! The card base is Soft Suede with a layer of Regal Rose. The large flower flourish was stamped using Versamark and then I decided to “amp” it up a bit and added Clear Emboss powder and heat set it. Yes, I like it.
The next step was to add the sentiment just so on the label. I used a Soft Suede Stampin’ Write marker to color just the parts needed and the Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement.
Are you curious about the label? It’s a sneak peak of a stamp set that will be available in the new Idea Book & Catalogue in July. I stamped it with Soft Suede classic ink and used Regal Rose classic ink and a Blender Pen to color the flowers.
That ribbon and those Rosettes – so soft and pretty. I just couldn’t resist adding that small bouquet.
