……you don’t have the right stamp set? I had a dilemma because today is WORD Wednesday, the WORD is “PUMPKIN” and today is to highlight the letter “K”!
I don’t have a stamp set that starts with the letter “K” soooooo – I got creative! Here’s what happened…….
How about Kris Kringle! I used the “Lovely Letters Alphabet” stamp set for this one and went to My Digital Studio for a little help as well.
The paper and Santa image are from Letters to Santa Designer paper and Quick Accents. I used Cherry Cobbler as the card base and heat embossed those pretty “k’s” using the Cherry Cobbler Embossing powder. I thought that just having the K’s would look a little odd so went into My Digital Studio and played around with some text until I got it the size and color that would work and then printed it out onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I cut the “kris” and “kringle” out using the Modern Label punch and adhered each “K” using Mini Glue Dots.
It’s a simple card but can be easily mailed with regular postage. You gotta love that!
