Do you follow a picture, a sketch or a suggested color combination? There are so many opportunities to exercise your creative side and I choose to follow the Color Challenge suggested by The Paper Players this week.
Don’t these colors just holler “SPRING” to you?!
So, here is what I came up with.
Flowers and lace – definately a spring theme! I first stamped the flower image from “Bordering on Romance”(Occasions Mini catalogue) in Pear Pizzazz classic ink onto Whisper White card stock and cut it out with the Framelits Hearts collection. Then stamped the image again in Wisteria Wonder classic ink onto Wisteria Wonder card stock and lastly in Pear Pizzazz classic ink onto Pear Pizzazz card stock. I cut out the flower bunch and each of the leaves and attached them to the image with Mini Glue Dots. I think it looks cute tucked into the mini envelope.
I had a little help from the “Tea Shoppe” stamp set for the greeting and label.

I agree, these colors are shouting “spring” to me too! Lovely creativity here–that envelope is very sweet! So glad you were able to play with us this week!
Great card and I love that stamp set. Probably one of my favorites. Thanks for playing with the Paper Players.
