Well, I guess we have to get to Spring first! However, the Color Challenge for this week’s Stamp-A-Holics challenge are so bright and cheerful that I just had to use the Sweet Summer stamp set. It’s available as a FREE choice in the Sale-A-Bration catalogue.
Here are the three great colors that Design Team member, Marisol Gutierrez has challenged us with this week. Feel free to add any other color for your creation. Cheery aren’t they? Now let’s see what I was able to create with the 15 minute time frame.
I started with a card base of 3″ X 12″ and scored it at 6″. This size of card will fit perfectly into Stampin’ Up’s Small Open-End Envelopes(107286).
The Sweet Summer set utilizes 2-Step stamping so you can create your very own flower garden right on paper. Cool, eh.
See that cute yellow scalloped border, it comes from the Ice Cream Parlor Designer Paper and Accents Pack. You get quite a few of these stick-on accents in the package so there is lots of choice. This is also a FREE choice from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue.
So, how long did this card take? 12 minutes and 42 seconds, not bad!
Want to make this one for yourself?
