Wrap it around…..sound intriguing? Well, it certainly is a fun technique – yes a technique. The idea is that you take something, string, ribbon, lace, fabric, etc. and wrap it around a wood or clear block, ink it up and apply it to a piece of cardstock. Here’s what I did using a piece of garden burlap.
Isn’t that a cool background? I had a piece of very vanilla card stock that was embossed with the Large Polka Dot embossing folder and just stamped the pattern over it using Old Olive ink. I wanted to keep the card simple so just added some leaves cut out with the Bigz Autumn Accents die. The whole piece was finished with a sincere greeting from the For All Things stamp set. Here’s a list of the other supplies I used.
