10 MINUTES IN 3D

Good Friday Morning to you. It’s time for the Stamp-a-holics 10-min challenge! Today, however we have a 3D item to make in 30 minutes. There’s nothing like a challenge to keep the creative juices flowing, don’t you think?

So, I decided to do a wedding favour and googled “wedding colours” for 2010. It turns out that Navy and Pink are a couple of the colours brides are going for this year so I used Night of Navy and Regal Rose for this cute little box. I also gave the Bigz XL Matchbox Die a workout.

After I cut out the pieces for the box, I stamped the fleurette image from Charming (a carryover from the Holiday Mini Catalogue) randomly on the cover. The label needed a little “something” so I “stamped off” the same image and applied it to the label as well. A sentiment from MatchBox Messages (page 119 Idea Book) finishes the label.
There, all done in 25.53 minutes. I think this little box would make a great favour for an anniversary celebration, birthdays, or any special occasion.
