PLAYING WITH COLOURS - Cynthia Stevenson, Stampin Up! Demonstrator

Hi, are you ready for a different take on a favourite stamp set? Here you go.

The Branching Out Bundle(165776) was used here with some “Halloweeny” colours.

I started with a card base of Timid Tiger, added a mat from the 2025-2027 InColors designer series paper(165300) and had fun with the rest.

The branches were stamped with Early Expresso ink, then came the pine leaves in Lemon Lime Twist, pinecones in Timid Tiger and the berries in Petunia Pop. I used the 2025-2027 InColor Flat Pearls(165192) in Timid Tiger as an extra accent.

This is to play along with the new SUO Challenges this week. I wasn’t able to submit my project in time to be posted, but I encourage you to play along with the team.

It’s a fun one and with Halloween happening on Friday, go for your spookiest project.

I was just writing in my own blog post for this challenge that it would be fun to take that picture and turn it into a non-Halloween card…and that’s exactly what you did! I love how this turned out! I love the Timid Tiger with Lemon Lime Twist, they look amazing together and this is such a fun and different take on that stamp bundle. I just ordered it last week and I’m looking forward to playing with it, now more than ever after seeing what you made here!

  Thanks Christy, I wasn’t at all sure what to do so picked the colours and went with it. I’m really liking that bundle.
