A BIT OF MOJO KINDNESS

Wow, where does the week go? Guess I’ve just been enjoying the sunshine and warm weather too much! Well, since sunshine was on my mind I decided to play with a brand new stamp set from the Summer Mini catalogue called “Touch of Kindness”.

This adorable set lends itself very well to water-coloring and I set right to work.

The MOJO Monday 190 sketch suited the image beautifully! I started with a bright card base of Daffodil Delight, matted it with Baja Breeze that had been embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and added a piece of designer paper from the Beyond the Garden package.

The birdbath image was stamped with Stazon Jet Black ink onto Watercolor paper. I used Stampin’ Write Markers and a Blender Pen to color in the images. I then matted it onto Baja Breeze and rounded the corners with the 3/16″ Corner Punch. That scalloped square was cut using the Scallop Squares Duo Bigz Die which you can find on page 24 of the Summer Mini catalogue.

I stamped the floral circle onto Daffodil Delight card stock with Stazon Jet Black ink and cut it out with the 1-3/4″ Scallop Circle punch. It fits perfectly!

I just love the sentiment and stamped it onto Very Vanilla cardstock, cut it out with the 1-1/4″ Circle Punch and added some Daffodil Delight sponging around the edges.
