A LITTLE GOLD FOR A BIRTHDAY

Hi, it’s Tuesday and I’m still creating birthday cards!  This one with touches of gold.

I tried this card several different ways but felt every time that it needed more gold.  So, gold it is for the leaf spray from the Lifetime of Love Bundle(162584)   The flowers were coloured with Petal Pink and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends.

The addition of the strip of Vellum also helps to set off that birthday sentiment and those lovely flowers.  TIP: I added tiny dots of  Multi-purpose Liquid Glue behind the sentiment so it would lay flat on the card and the dots of glue wouldn’t show through.
