A big Saturday Hello to you and thank you for visiting today.  I hope you’re having a great Labor Day weekend so far.  Wow, doesn’t time go by quickly.  My grandchildren are heading back to school in just 4 days and there is that Autumn “crisp” to the air.
So, I decided to get a start on scrapbooking my fall pictures and pulled a great sketch from the SUDSOL site.  SUDSOL stands for “Simply Unique Demonstrators Sharing Online”.  We are a world-wide community of Stampin’ Up Demonstrators who share samples and advise with each other.
It’s a great group to belong to – click here to check it out.
OK, on to my page…..
……. I started with a 12″ x 12″ sheet of More Mustard card stock and added a page from the Spice Cake Designer Series pack from the Holiday Mini Catalogue, trimmed down to 11-1/2″ square and then added a 8-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ square of Pool Party card stock.
The leaves were cut out with the Leaves #2 die and the Big Shot and then I sponged the heck out of them with More Mustard classic ink and a touch of Pool Party classic ink.  The two colors blended together give the “just turning color” look that I was hoping for.  I attached them with just a bit of Snail Adhesive on the ends so one can easily slide a photo in place.
The 2 bottom pieces of Very Vanilla are sized for 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ photos and the top is sized to 3-1/2″ x 5″.
RECIPE:
Card Stock:  More Mustard, Pool Party, Very Vanilla, Spice Cake Designer Series Paper(124003)
Ink:  More Mustard Classic(103162), Pool Party Classic(122938)
Accessories:  Big Shot(113439), Leaves Die #2(113459), Stamping Sponges(101610), Snail Adhesive(104332)
I just love this page and the Spice Cake Designer Series Paper.  Check it out in the Holiday Mini Catalogue, page 17.
Take care out there and enjoy your weekend.
