ADVENT CALENDAR DAY 3

Hello and it’s something new from the Advent Calendar on Day 3!

I used the same designer paper and stamp set from the 12 Days of Crafting Advent Calendar(167335) and did some fussy-cutting.

First, I used the Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder(165928) on a piece of 4-1/4″x5-1/2″ basic white cardstock.  Then I used the “leftover” piece of designer paper from yesterday and slipped it into the centre of the embossing folder, added a shim, and then embossed it.  Adding the shim gave more definition to the centre label shape so I could more easily cut it out.

TIP: I used a 4-1/4″x5-1/2″ piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the shim.

Those shiny gold sequins were the surprise for Day 3 and I just had to add a few extra for a little more bling and shine.
