Hello ou there! Today’s card is a little bit special with it’s perfect details!
I love the look of large background stamps and this one created with the Perfectly Detailed stamp(160748) is no exception. I decided to play around with stamping it onto Vellum cardstock with Versamark so the design would stand out with the White emboss powder. But, it needed a little more colour so I stamped it again using Tuxedo Black Memento ink so I could colour and cut out that beautiful flower!
Since this stamp is a little larger than the usual 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ card base, I cut it a little bigger to measure 5-3/4″ x 4-3/8″ so it would completely cover the Granny Apple Green. One doesn’t want the glue to show through, so I squeezed some Multipurpose Liquid Glue onto the Silicone Craft Mat(127853) and then used a bit of sponge(or a Sponge Dauber) to spread the glue onto the back of the Vellum. Then, it’s easy to adhere it onto the card base!
