Hello and welcome! I hope all Canadians had a great day yesterday celebrating Canada’s birthday. There were parades to watch and fireworks to admire here in Fort St. John, BC. Fun times.

And, here is my first card made with new products. The stamp set used is a Hostess Set called “Happiest Birthday Wishes”. This set comes in 2 containers and has 11 great images and sentiments to choose from.
I also used a piece of Designer Paper from the new Just Add Cake package. The colors used are Poppy Parade, Baja Breeze and Whisper White with a touch of Wild Wasabi.
The flowers were made with the 5-petal Flower Punch and then embossed with the Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder. The leaves were created using the Bird Builder Punch.
I stamped the greeting twice, once in Baja Breeze classic ink and again with Poppy Parade classic ink. The 1-3/4″ Scallop Circle Punch is just the perfect fit for those Baja Breeze flourishes and the 1-3/8″ Circle Punch fits the center of the greeting perfectly. The center was popped up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
That’s it, simple but sincere.
