FANCY DIE-CUTTING

Hi there.  I was playing around with dies and got a little fancy with them.

The centre image was cut from a piece of the Nature’s Sweetness designer paper(162616) and then I played around with the Stylish Shapes Dies(159183).

I wanted to have the branches outside of the circle, so first cut a piece of scrap in the circle, placed it over top of the image and lightly traced around it with a pencil.  Then, I marked the spots where the branches would hang over and cut around them with paper snips as shown in the pictures below.

Then, the circle die was carefully placed and the whole image was cut in the Stampin Cut & Emboss machine.

I finished the card with images from the Lovely & Sweet stamp set(162617), added some Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems(162587) and this card is ready to go!
