FOR A REALLY GREAT GUY

OK, I thought that I should end this week with a very cool birthday card for one of the guys in our life!

Don’t you just love that mix of bright colours?  I started with a piece of the Fresh As a Daisy designer paper(161289) because the 2nd side of each sheet has some great colours and this one would be Pecan Pie.  Once I got the strips cut, I used a 4″x5-1/4″ piece of Vellum cardstock to adhere them to and then layered it onto the card base.(It’s much easier to do it that way so they can be more evenly spaced).

Then I had fun using the He’s All That stamp set(159071) and matching All That Dies(159078) to cut an assortment of labels and shapes.  The colours are Lemon Lime Twist and Azure Afternoon and they sure do brighten things up!
