Our eldest grandson is turning 14 this month (where-oh-where does the time go?) and he likes music so…….I played around with the Sale-A-Bration set, Epic Celebrations.
This set has a set of headphones image as well so is perfect for the music lover. Since it does have a music theme, I used the Sheet Music background stamp for just a hint of a musical background. The stamp was inked up with Smokey Slate and then “stamped off” onto a scrap of paper before it was added to the card front piece. I l love the way it turned out.
To give those cool runners a bit of a kick, I added touches of black with the sharp end of our Stampin’ Write Markers.
Three of the colours(Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist and Dapper Denim) that I used are part of The Paper Players challenge this week.
Here’s the list of ingredients for you.

Happy Stamping!

Cynthia, I’ve resisted getting this set but when I see great cards like this, I wonder why! I like the way you’ve added in the music background stamp – great touch. The colours suit a masculine card too. Thank you for joining us again at The Paper Players.
