FOR YOUR DAY

Hi there, I’m working with the Notes of Nature Bundle(162640) again for this sweet “your day” card.

I really like the “field notes” stamp in this set, so did some fancy footwork with it by laying the stamp itself on a piece of Basic White and tracing around the shape.  Then it was just a matter of stamping the image and cutting it out.  To highlight it a little better, I used the tip of the Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends to add a subtle border.  Then why not do the same for the background piece too?!  There were a few die-cut pieces sitting in the basket on my desk so I used them to add a little extra texture.

There were some scraps of the Nature’s Sweetness designer paper(162616) hanging around so they were used to cover the card base to add a little more detail.  And, one must not forget those Adhesive-backed Cork Rounds(162643) to finish it all off!
