GETTING INSPIRATION FROM THE STAMPIN’ UP! CATALOGUE

Where do you go when you need a little inspiration for your projects?  Well, there is Pinterest of course but sometimes I just browse through the Stampin’ Up! catalogue to find hidden treasurers!  This card is the perfect example.

I found this beauty on Page 25 and set to work using An Open Heart stamp set(W134999).  This card starts with a base of Tip Top Taupe(love that name don’t you?) with a touch of Bermuda Bay for the label.  I stamped that sweet little bird first using Stazon Jet Black ink and then used Stampin’ Write Markers to gently colour it.  Tip Top Taupe, Watermelon Wonder and Bermuda Bay are the go to colours.  And then, yup, I cut that little guy out with Paper Snips and popped him up on the finished card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  See the product list below.
