HAVE THE BEST DAY

Hello, I’m taking a small step away from Christmas today with this pretty birthday card.

I love the soft colours in this card!  I took out the Blending Brushes(153611) to add the soft colours to that embossed background(Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder(156505).  There is a great line-up of soft colours here, Balmy Blue, Soft Sea Foam, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Petal Pink and So Saffron.  Yup, they’re all there.

In order to add just a little more interest, I added a pattern from the Abigail Rose designer paper(159037) and the sentiment from the Framed Occasions stamp set(158745).

This whole idea started with this great layout from Freshly Made Sketches this week.

I love this soft and pretty card and hope the recipient does too!
