IT’S TIME FOR ICE CREAM

Ice cream, ice cream, who wants ice cream?  With the weather here finally warming up, I’m feeling more and more like having an ice cream cone!

LOL, I had to create this card because the Ice Cream Swirl stamp set(162764) and matching Ice Cream Swirl Dies(162770) are retirng soon.  The ice cream piled high is to show and swirl of different flavours like mint, lemon and strawberry topped up with some very necessary Chocolate chips!

The ice cream swirl was first stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink and then I used the Lemon Lolly, Pool Party and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends to swirl the colours together.  I also stamped the cone is Pecan Pie and coloured it with Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends adding a touch of Crumb Cake.

Once I had cut out both shapes I used the matching colour in Stampin’ Blends to hide the white edge so it would look a little more authentic.

The colours I used are from this new challenge from TGIF Challenges this week.
