LEAVES OF BLUE

Hi there and welcome!  I’m feeling the blues today – but the happy kind.

I used the entire Nature Walk Suite Collection(166936) for this card and, as you can see, focussed on the blues in the background mat.  The Natural Hues textured paper sits in the background so the stamped leaf sprays stand out.  I added a bit more texture to the natural hue piece by using the small textured die in the pack.

The smaller leaf sprays were stamped with Blueberry Bushel ink and the larger with Balmy Blue ink.

I wanted to make the sentiment stand out so used another medium sized die to add texture while cutting the piece.
