Let’s look ahead to spring when we can see and smell the fragrance of the flowers in our yards!
These are one stamp from the Fragrant Flowers Bundle(160460) that I stamped twice with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then coloured with Stampin’ Blends. The matching die makes it so easy to cut them out and layer them wherever you want on your project.
I started by using the Cane 3D embossing folder on the card front and then added just a small piece of the Favored Flowers designer paper as a background.
The greeting covers many occasions and was heat embossed with Black Emboss Powder to add a little shine. Of course there’s nothing wrong with adding a little extra shine, so out came the Iridescent Pastel Gems(160429) for that!
This great layout is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge for this week.
I took a little “artistic” licence with the rounded flowers and the greeting. But this sketch is a great starting point.
