MORE FUN WITH BALLOONS - Cynthia Stevenson, Stampin Up! Demonstrator

Hi, there’s nothing like a batch of balloons to add to the fun of a birthday celebration!

And. I had fun with the Balloon Festoon Bundle(167606) to create this card! The background is all about the confetti and streamers done up with Daffodil Delight ink.

Then, a trio of bright balloons and a trio of Rhinestones set the tone for this happy birthday card.

The colours I used are from this new challenge from The Paper Players this week.

I did feel that the background needed a bit of a boost, so added the Daffodil Delight circle to ground all of the colours.
