Welcome to Friday! It is poppy season here in Canada to get ready for Remembrance Day on November 11th! A special day set aside to honour our Veterans!
So, I pulled out the Painted Poppies stamp set(151599) and got work with ink and Stampin’ Blends. It’s a 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ square with the designer paper from the Tea Boutique 6″ x 6″ designer paper.
I wanted that single poppy to stand out so used the Circles Dies to give it its own home. The perfect sentiment makes the perfect card and this one from the Peaceful Moments stamp set(151595) does just that!
This sweet layout is a new one from Freshly Made Sketches and it is what inspired this pretty little card.
Here’s the product list.

Lovely card. November 11th is Veterans Day here in the US so we honor our service members too! It also happens to be my parents anniversary! I love how your poppy stands out against the red DSP background. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
