Hello there. Right now we are having a warm, sunny day but rain is in the forecast! So, the theme for today’s card is rain.
So, I started with the In The Moment stamp set(157987) with that lovely lady looking out of the window! After having a lot of fun colouring the image with a large assortment of Stampin’ Blends, I debated on how to show raindrops. And then it hit me, use a stamp with dots(Color & Contour set) inked up with Versamark. Then just add Clear Emboss powder, heat it and Voilà, we have raindrops.
The rest was easy, use a piece of Textured Shimmer paper(160838) for a pretty blue background mat, add a tiny label in Moody Mauve and then a length of Starry Sky metallic woven ribbon to finish it off!
Now, I can play along with the new challenge from The Paper Players.
Here’s the list of products used.
