A big Tuesday Hello to you! Welcome and here’s whats happening today. I like the layout that Create with Connie and Mary has for this week so pulled out my Baja Breeze cardstock and gave it a pop with Poppy Parade.
I received my new stuff yesterday and eagerly opened up the package of Elegant Soitee Designer Series Paper. This package if just full of beautiful designs – lots of fun to play with!
I stamped the large flower image from Because I Care (Level 1 Hostess set, page 11) in Baja Breeze Classic ink and then over-stamped it with Versamark(the Stamp-a-ma-jig is a very handy tool for this process), and then sprinkled it with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder. A little heat action with the Heat Tool and it’s a glittery flower! This piece was cut out and then layered on a scalloped circle of Poppy Parade and then again on a Baja Breeze scalloped circle.
The long panel piece was stamped with the flower image twice and then slipped into the Square Lattice Embossing Folder for some dry embossing. I did the same with the extended piece of Baja Breeze. A length of Very Vanilla Taffeta ribbon, some Subtles Brads and we’ll call this one complete.
