SENDING EASTER GREETINGS

Sending Easter Greetings to you on this Good Friday!  To me, Easter means bright and cheerful flowers and sun-filled days, so here’s some bright and cheery daffodils to celebrate this easter 2023!

This Daffodil Daydream stamp set(157786) and matching Daffodil Dies(157794) are on the retiring list, so I wanted to give them one last bit of attention before saying good-bye.

I started out by cutting out the bunch in Vellum cardstock so it could be layered over the stamped image.  Then I added some of the Retiring Mint Macaron ink with a Blending Brush to give them a soft background to sit on.

After colouring the daffodils with Stampin’ Blends, I cut them to follow along with the sketch design posted by Freshly Made Sketches.

It was a lot like working on a puzzle and it looks pretty cool and adds a bit more interest to the card!
