Today we have a branch full of bright yellow songbirds for you.
This was created with the Retiring Free As A Bird stamp set(149468) and I am going to miss those pretty little birds. I also love the sentiments in this set, especially the one of this card!
Since all of the designer papers are retiring, I’m using up scraps for this card and following along with the new challenge from The Paper Players this week.
In case you’re wondering – if you’re using a layout like this, the background pieces measure 4″ x 1-11/16″ to leave that small space between each one.(yes, I used a calculator to figure it out, lol)
I had fun colouring these with our Stampin’ Blends and pulled out the Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker for the flowers.(We don’t have blends in that colour). And, of course, the birds had to be yellow!
Here’s the list of products used.

Have a lovely day and Happy Stamping!
SO sweet! I am sad that these images and papers are retiring…they work so well together! Very pretty and spring-like! Thanks so much for playing with my sketch this week at the Paper Players!
I am too LeAnne. Thank you.
Cynthia, this is so pretty! Don’t you love it when you can use up scraps? I sure do. Great job with the sketch! Thanks for playing at The Paper Players this week!
You bet, there’s so many ways to use them too!
Thanks Jennie.
