Hello out there! Good grief and its Friday already! I’ve taken a small break from Christmas cards to put together a birthday card suitable for a child. Our family has quite a few birthdays coming up in December and January, so I’m trying to get ahead of things.
I used “Up, Up & Away” for this cute card and got my layout inspiration from The Paper Players.
I’ve been collecting the Craft Stampin’ Spots collections and just had to use the Brights collection to make the balloons. Each balloon was sprinkled with Clear Emboss Powder and heat set and then cut out. I added a mat of matching color to each with a 1-3/8″ Circle. Just plain cute I say.
