Yay, it’s Wednesday and time for another letter in the Word “PUMPKIN”! This week we are focusing on the letter “P” and a great stamp set called “Pendant Park” from the big catalogue, page 79.
That lovely tree image was stamped onto Very Vanilla with Versamark and then I pulled out my Stampin’ Pastels. I used a Sponge Dauber to add More Mustard and touches of Cajun Craze and Old Olive with a tinier touch of Soft Suede for the tree trunk. It’s a great technique and one I haven’t tried in a while – happy I did. Give it a try yourself!
I felt that the card needed just a “splash”(he, he) of brightness so matted the Spice Cake Designer paper onto Pool Party. The lovely sentiment comes from a new set in the Holiday Mini catalogue, called “Hand-Penned Holidays”. I just love the script in this set!
