YELLOW MAKES A HAPPY DAY

Hi and welcome.  Today’s card features the colour yellow – a lot of yellow!

This card started with the Lazy Daisy 3D embossing folder(167196) for the background mat.  Then I used the Scalloped Blooms Bundle(167647) to cut some scalloped circles onto a piece of Basic White cardstock to create a stencil.

Daffodil Delight is the colour of the day and I added it liberally using a Blending Brush.  Before the embossed and coloured mat was adhered to the card base, I added green with a length of the Peaceful Pine 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon(167551).

The sentiment circle was cut from Lemon Lolly and just for fun I cut two of the smallest circle and placed them inside the Lazy Daisy 3D embossing folder and, presto, two pretty daisies.

This whole card was inspired by this Tic-Tac-Toe challenge from The Paper Players for this week.
